Client Obligations

2.2 You must provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding your organisation, including your mission, goals, and any specific requirements related to your Google Ad Grants account.

2.3 You agree to provide the Company with access to your Google Ad Grants account and any relevant information necessary to deliver our services.

Service Delivery

3.1 The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide services in a timely and professional manner, adhering to industry best practices.

3.2 We cannot guarantee specific results or improvements in your Google Ad Grants account performance, as the effectiveness of campaigns depends on various factors beyond our control.

3.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if we believe your organisation violates the Google Ad Grants program policies or any applicable laws.

Fees and Payments

4.1 The Company's services may be offered free of charge or subject to fees, as agreed upon in a separate written agreement or proposal.

4.2 If fees apply, you agree to pay the Company according to the terms and rates specified in the agreement or proposal.

4.3 All fees and payments are in GBP (£) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which shall be borne by you.


5.1 Both parties agree to keep any confidential information received during the course of providing or receiving services confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent unless required by law.

5.2 This obligation of confidentiality shall continue even after the termination of our services.

Intellectual Property

6.1 The Company retains all intellectual property rights to any materials, documents, or recommendations created or provided as part of our services.

6.2 You may use these materials solely for your organisation's internal purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, or disclose them to third parties without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

7.2 Our total liability, regardless of the cause of action, shall be limited to the fees paid by you to the Company for the services rendered.


8.1 Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice to the other party.

8.2 Upon termination, the Company will no longer provide services, and any outstanding fees shall become due and payable.

8.3 The provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.


10.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede any prior understandings or agreements, whether oral or written.

10.2 The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised version on our website.
